Visited a few months ago when it said under new ownership. Asked for a cold chicken sandwich and the cook proceeded to use his bare hands to handle bacon for another customer and then pat my sandwich down, cut it with a knife and then wipe the knife on his trousers and hang it back up. OK, half of that isn't too bad and in a kitchen with good hygiene I wouldn't be worried, but I don't want someone to touch raw meat and then touch my sandwich. I refused my sandwich and left.

Changed hands recently. No hot drinks available on my last visit due to technical problems, but staff did their best. Wish the new owners good luck.
