Their parts centre and customer service is excellent. Their actual mechanical services could be better, for example I had a shock absorber replaced on one side only, should have been replaced as a pair otherwise the longevity of the healthy shock is greatly decreased - I had to replace them both not too long after. Otherwise good.

Over many years , I have always received excellent attention and service from both Sales and Service departments. There is no pressure from staff and all trade-ins are fair; my needs and wants well catered for. I would certainly recommend Dalkeith Ford.
From initial contact all the way through to handover the service I received was outstanding!m, was like night and day compared to other dealers I have been to. Sam was really friendly and knowledgeable and kept me up to date with the progress throughout. He also offered to give me a demo of the car before I left and made sure I was happy everything. Would highly recommend buying from Dalkeith Ford Centre.
Great customer servie until they realise they haven’t been transparent with their information! My partner bought a car with lots of issues was great until they had to fix the lights issue raised within warranty so we were told we’d get it fixed, and an extra years warranty for over 5 issue over a year. Turns out on the day of getting it fixed, it was a “favour” to get the lights fixed and no extra year warranty. Poor customer service in the end. Won’t be back
