shocking customer service! 
My car was seriously damaged whilst in their care. The area manager was  present in the garage at the time I arrived  and went out his way to be unhelpful, walking away multiple times during a conversation even decided to make him self a cup of coffee whilst I was  standing waiting on him. The only comments I received were "nothing to do with us" He declined to give his name or even the customer service phone number " just google it" as he walked away.
Another member of staff said his name was Jason Horne. 
The worst customer service I have experience any any industry!
