Fantastic and friendly Photography shop with a great selection of cameras, lenses and gear. I purchased my first Nikon DSLR from Dale Photographic recently and the owner Stephen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he really took the time to provide me with some useful information and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this business and I will definitely be returning when the time comes.

I've actually visited Dale Photographic twice this week and I have been really impressed with the service. My first visit was to get my beginner camera cleaned and ask for some advice on upgrading my camera. The sensor clean was thorough and my camera was ready to collect that afternoon. Stephen was really helpful, knowledgeable and accomodating while making suggestions for upgrade options and answering my many questions. I appreciated the time that he took to discuss my options, and that it always felt like friendly guidance rather than a sales pitch. During my second visit the following day, Stephen made me feel welcome and helped me to decide on the right purchase for me and again I was really pleased with the customer service. I will definitely visit again for all my camera needs. And would highly recommend if you are looking for personal, professional advice from staff that are genuinely passionate about photography and cameras.

I recently purchased a used camera from Dale Photographic, the delivery was prompt and the camera arrived the next working day. There was one very small part of the strap missing and there were some initial difficulties with the manufacturer accepting the still valid warranty for the camera. I asked the customer support at Dale if they could help me to sort out these two issues and I have to say that their willingness to help and their efficiency was absolutely remarkable. After being a professional photographer for 12 years I have rarely experienced such amazing customer service and there are quite a lot of shops, especially in London, who could take notes from the the efficiency, professionalism and dedication of Dale Photographic, especially in the way they deal with customers. I really highly recommend them, absolutely superb!!

I would rate their service above 'Excellent' if I could.  I bought a Lee DSLR starter kit, big stopper, and two adapter rings and it took them less than a week for them to ship my order to Western Australia. Outstanding service. Quick, personal communication. I am extremely impressed in every regard with my dealings with Dale Photographic. I will definitely be buying from them again when the need arises and I will be pointing all my fellow photographers in their direction as well. I have not had such genuinely good service in a long time.  Highly, highly recommended.

Was looking for a Lee Big Stopper and found out Dale Photographic had some in stock. Contacted them to confirm the availability and shipping to Norway. The response time from Stephen at Dales was amazing. I placed the order and it was shipped out as soon as they could. Arrived today, in perfect condition. My experience with Dales Photographic was excellent, good service, fast handling. What more can you ask for? Will not hesitate use them again. Highly recommended!

I have been very impressed with the level of service from Dale Photographic Ltd. First off, the price of the binoculars I bought was a great deal. Secondly, the process of payment felt really secure and well thought out without taking ages to complete. Lastly, confirmation of dispatch arrived as promised straight after a long weekend. Dale Photographic is an excellent shop to deal with. I have both visited the shop itself, but tend to buy on line. The service is excellent with emails at every stage clearly stating the terms of service. All the lens' I have ordered have arrived the next day and very well packaged.  I find the website very well laid out, easily finding what I am looking for and easy to use. I have no hesitation in recommending Dale Photographic.

I have been dealing with Dale Photographic for over 17 years. The team are always welcoming, very honest and extremely knowledgeable! All genuine UK stock so peace of mind on that one! After sale always matters and they have always been committed to that. Buy and sell with absolute confidence!

I was having problems tracking down a Lee Big Stopper ND filter and had made an enquiry to several dealers, including Dale Photographic, about the lead time on this elusive piece of kit. No one currently had them in stock, but, to my surprise,I later received a follow up email from Dale, to advise they had just received an unexpected delivery and, if I wanted, I could now order one for immediate despatch!  Great news - I don't think I would have got this sort of personal service from most dealers, especially those behemoths who pay little or no UK tax and who undercut, and price their high-street based competitors out of the market.

I've used Dale Photographic a few times for numerous Lee filters and a lens. Every time the customer service has been brilliant with orders packaged well and arriving quickly. Prices are competitive and often have Lee filters in stock when many other companies do not. Will definitely continue to shop here.
