Best Caravan park in the area beautifully kept, with well defined pitches. All are hard standing surrounded by manicured grass or  picket fences. The site is well landscaped with little flower beds and larger garden areas. Roadways and pathways are well constructed. The toilet-shower block is immaculate and of a very high standard. John and Catherine have already won awards for the very high standards they provide at every level. Woodland walks around the site give the opportunity to see various wildlife including deer and pheasant.

Dale Hey Farm touring site is set in beautiful countryside. It is well set out and gives each caravan plenty of personal space for a caravan or motor home, an awning and a car. All spaces are within easy reach of spotlessly clean toilets and showers.
The site is quiet, though there is some road noise. There are excellent walks through designated paths in the woods on the site, though good footwear is essential because the paths have some muddy parts. Dogs are welcomed ,but must be kept on a lead at all times. Catherine and John, the owners, are lovely friendly people and they do their best to keep everything right. I would recommend this site without reservation.

Lovely site in beautiful surroundings. Problem with EHU as many complaining it kept tripping and use of hall/barn was freezing inside. Barn requires insulation, lowering of ceiling and some form of heating for rallies at this time of year...

I went with my dad on holiday and it's really good.  Its only a 10 minute walk from the town and it's cool to go relax and get away from any trouble at home and good to spend time with the family you never see.  It just needs more things for children to do.
