Great furniture store. I ordered a corner sofa, it came within stated time frame, great quality and I would highly recommend Dako Furniture to everyone. Communication is also very good- Barbara was always very helpful and replied to my emails very quickly. Also- its very hard to find furniture store delivering to Northern Ireland but Dako Furniture organised the delivery with no problems. I will be recommending to everyone.
Absolutely amazing company, the whole process from buying/ordering to delivery of goods is very smooth and easy. Communication with company is also easy and they always are very helpful and give good advice and recommendations when unsure about something. Would highly recommend and will be using in future again.
Recently, an employee from the Garden department gave me very good advice and I am satisfied with the purchases made. Previously, I was choosing materials for refurbishing floors and I was also very well taken care of. I buy often in this store and I like the arrangement of the goods, everything is easy to find. I recommend the store
They went above and beyond with my orders. We decked an entire room with a 2-in-1 desk bed, a corner wardrobe, and a shelving unit for a fraction of what other sites charged. After placing my order, I kept pestering them with emails because it looked too good to be true, but I shouldn’t have worried. Their delivery tracking system is excellent. It shows you the location of the driver in real time, and it lets drivers upload photos of the boxes as they are delivered, as well as the recipient’s signature. It’s all there for you to see.
I would give 0 stars but is not possible . I placed an order for a sofa with them back at the beginning of August . I didn’t mind the wait , however I was in for a surprise after waiting 3.5 months for it . Before a placed the order with them , I rang the customer service and asked them to advise or find out what is the colour/fabric type used for the LIVIO sofa displayed on their website . Please see pictures attached . She advised straight away without no hesitation that the colour on the displayed sofa was ALFA 15 . Reassured , placed the order . Only for the sofa to be delivered on 2nd November in a totally, totally different colour . They don’t even want to acknowledge the fact that they are at fault . They try to blame it on monitor display and resolution as if we are in 1950’ . The customer service is horrible and they talk to you as if they are the teacher and you someone insignificant although you are the customer . Forget about a refund , you will never get one . Please judge for yourself from this pictures what sort of people they are . If you place an order you should know that you take your a major risk . They will send you what they want but is still your fault cause you placed the order . First photo - purchased sofa 2nd and 3rd photo the colour that they suggested the displayed sofa is and the one I have ordered 4,5,6Th photos - the colour I received . The other photos are photos from the manufacturer confirming colours and fabrics . If I knew before I placed the order who the manufacturer was , now I know WERSAL furniture I would have contacted them directly before placing the order . Of course the customer service should have done that for me if they weren’t sure so they would give me the right advice , but they couldn’t be bothered . I think you shouldn’t be bothered at all to place an order with them . You will be at loss.
Delivery isn’t the quickest but it was within the date given. There was an issue with the colour too but this was resolved. Most important thing is the product though and I’m very happy with it. Wardrobe looks fantastic and the quality seems decent.
Very good quality materials. I was living in UK for almost 5 years and I bought furnitures armchair, table, set of chairs and sofa what served me well for those years, then I could sold it easily for a decent price when I moved back to PL. Nice customer service too, warmly recommend that place :

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for my order which has just arrived. Dealing with your company has been an absolute pleasure, you have been a breath of fresh air! Every step of the process has been easy and every person I have dealt with has been professional and efficient. Speed of delivery was amazing as I needed it in a hurry, so thank you for making this happen. Your delivery drivers were so kind and helpful placing everything safely inside the house for me as I am heavily pregnant and could not assist. I will be recommending you to everyone I know.
Avoid!!! Terrible customer service and the quality advertised of the item does not match what you receive. Basically marked up argos furniture and that's being nice!! Barbara was unwilling to help with this and was expecting me to pay for repairs because I hadn't had it built by themselves, even though when you look at online reviews, I wouldn't want to use the service anyway. Company has scratched peoples floors, walls and damaged peoples clothes and then refused to pay for any repairs to damages caused. Why would you use that service in the first place?! So I didn't. Now they say because I didn't use there service that I would have to pay for any additional parts. So I'm left with a wardrobe that doesn't have working doors. Brilliant customer service....NOT. honestly the biggest cowboy company known to man.
