This is a great store with nice used pieces of furniture, keep in mind that all of the employees are volunteers. Each person I've interacted with is great but if they aren't quick to be available to help you or are busy, be patient.

I just seen van picking up furniture from a neighbour then instead of turning around at end of close backed into anothers drive way to turn round lazy sod.

Some quite good value for money but members of staff that are on the till and the very ignorant and rude driver of a polish national make going to this place unbareable and I speak for a lot of people with this post, maybe with better members of staff the shop will see a gain in customers, it is a shame that a couple of people can ruin a charities chances of making more money. There is also a woman on the till who dresses as though she works around the back selling herself, even for a charity that is still a very low presentation of how staff members dress.
