This is my local florist. I have popped in a few times and bought basket arrangements as gifts, which were always lovely and lasted a few weeks. I recently received a hand tied bouquet delivered as a gift, to be honest the colours were very miss matched and looked rather bad but I untied them and arranged a little better, removing a few. After four days half of them were very dry and dead, I sent a facebook msg to them to inform, nothing nasty just wanted to let them know they didn't last four days, they were very nice in their reply and sent out a small replacement saying they would take it up with the supplier. I now unfortunately received another gift, ordered again from their website on valentines day and was again rather disappointed! This time I had a look at their facebook page, where they had a photo of a lovely valentines bouquet of 12 roses, for £45 as the £65 ones i'd received from their website were not as nice as these. I left a comment on the photo which said 'these are much prettier and better value for money than the £65 ones I received ordered from their website' I also posted a photo of mine as they were when they had arrived. Around 30 mins later I had a knock at my door, it was the florist herself. Phone in, hand my comment on the screen, she asked what was wrong with my flowers, I said to her I was very underwhelmed by the arrangement and cheap packaging and that I had previously received a £30 arrangement as a gift from her shop which had lasted only four days. She looked very angry and asked if I wanted her to come in and 'fix' them, I told her I had already taken them apart and rearranged to look better, off she stormed saying nothing! I immediately went back to my comment to post a photo of my 'rearrangement' hoping she and her customers could see the evidence but she had deleted my comment! I sent a private message basically saying all of the above but she has yet to read or reply. Honest opinion, poor service, quality artistic arrangement and extremely poor customer service and value! If she had not acted so unprofessional with my genuine comments about my 2 bad experiences with the items, I received, I would not have gone to the trouble of writing this review. I felt the need to do so as I hate getting ripped off, or paying for a poor service and when It comes to buying things like gifts, I always read reviews from google so I hope this saves someone in future from wasting their money on this shop!
