Bamboo recently created a casket arrangement for my dads funeral - I have to say that service and attention to detail were absolutely spot on - we chose a display from their on line shop and then were able to make some subtle colour changes with them - the process was easy and I think we got excellent value for money - add to that, they are just really nice people to deal with. The flowers were so beautiful that my mum decided that we should take them to the wake - at the end of the evening everyone took a few flowers home to ensure they were not waisted - highly recommended.

I just love this flower arrangement for our American Thanksgiving in UK...only minor issue: one rose fell apart when I unwrapped the arrangement - it happens, no biggie. I was thrilled to get my beautiful huge bouquet of flowers from Bamboo flowers sent to me by a dear friend from Aberdeen. The delivery was excellent, the presentation was beautiful, and the flowers lasted for nearly 2 weeks.
This is the first time I have used this florist and am more than pleased with the service. I ordered online as I live in Australia. There are many categories to choose from to help you decide on the floral display to suit your requirements and the ordering system is very easy to use. I asked for an early delivery and they arrived at 8.30am. I added a teddy to my flower choice and my friend was so delighted. These are her words to me this morning... "Morning! The flowers are beautiful, a great mix of colours, really fresh, and came in a lovely red glass vase, and the teddy is soooo soft! One of the nicest bouquets I have ever received. " I received an email confirmation as soon as I'd finished my order and another email after they had been delivered. I would definitely use Bamboo Flowers again.

Rang bamboo flowers last minute on Xmas Eve and they sorted two arrangements of flowers within a matter over minutes for collection. The chap even came and put the flowers in my car. Have used them before and highly recommend to anyone looking for flowers in the new year.
I live in Canada and want to send a surprise birthday gift for my friend who lives in Addlestone. When I saw this store with a good online reviews and ratings, I decided to place an online order of flowers, balloon, and chocolates. I put a specific note TO CALL the recipient prior delivering the order which they clearly didn't follow, and just to found out that my order was delivered to wrong person who lived in the same property! No note or recipient name was put in my order so the wrong person who received my order thought that was for him. I emailed the store and explained what happened, and ask if they can replace my order since they clearly didn't follow my instruction, but they only put the blame back on me for not putting "roommate" on my instruction so they refuse to re-send my order! This really puzzled me since I clearly wrote to call the recipient prior delivering the order! A very HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT when a business made mistake clearly from their end, but doesn't have the decency and effort to make it right! Definitely I will never buy from this store ever again!!! Additional comment: the owner responded but gave a total lie! He cant admit when his staff made a mistake but also try to bury the truth by telling a lie. Doesn't matter if its Canada or UK, I think everyone will agree that good business should own their mistake and do whatever it takes to make it right!
I was really pleased with the services offered by Bamboo Flowers . They helped me do a nice surprise to a good friend of mine in this pandemic times. I ordered one day prior a nice flower gift box along with a box of chocolates and card .Delivery was really fast and flowers exquisite . My friend was impressed and so was I with the quality and freshness of the flowers . I truly recommend this florist.
