Tim, the manager, was extremely helpful on every level. The site is easy to negotiate & the containers are very accessible & clean. Tim was very clear with the paperwork & showed me how to open & lock container securely. It also seems a good deal cheaper at Daintons, than several other container storage facilities. Thank you very much!

Friendly efficient staff who make you feel welcome

It can be stressful at the best of times moving belongings and possessions. This task was made less onerous by the exceptional service at Dainton Torquay. Elaine - the office manager - dealt with my enquiries efficiently, guiding and advising with professional expertise, patience and with her fullest attention. Despite the facility being extremely busy, I felt like I was an important customer and Elaine took time to explain contracts, and access arrangements. Units are clean and easy to use and the cost, in comparison to other facilities is very competitive. Highly recommended!

Staff are extremely friendly and provide very competitive prices. The container I had was spotless and for a period of 9 months my belongings were kept prestine.

Have been with dainton for 8 years .great service until new site manager . Customer service gone downhill. Used to call if any problem now just ignore customers requests Will be leaving .
