Absolutely brilliant man on the cutting machine very helpful and what a gem very happy smiling man you are thanks you do your job with your heart in it your a credit to B&Q .
The staff were rude and as soon as I tried to speak to them they all hurried away. I was treated horribly however I found what I was looking for and purchased it.
Went to buy a shed and found the staff very helpful . Couldn't fault either of the men who served me.Even took me to the garden section and showed me the shed base and gravel I would need to buy to place my shed on.
Great selection at this store, nicely laid out with no tight isles. Popular stocks aren't replenished straight away though and the next item available is always a worse offer.
As always a trip to bnq garden department was enviable...neat, well presented stock of cared for plants and various soils. Staff are always polite and helpful.
B&Q gets 0 stars...... The circles are manufacturers defects in the tiles that B&Q think are acceptable, they should have never been put on sale. Unfortunately, most of the room was finished before we opened the defective boxes - what a nightmare. The gentleman on the click-and-collect desk gets 5..... So really I should give 2 or 3 stars......
Regularly visit and buy here, they seem to have most things and helpful staff Prices seem about right. Easy parking which is a bonus.
Expensive ! If you need frathervedge fencing go to timberstore nextdoor , half the price. £32.90 b&q £12.50 timberstore ... Handy for many things though
The staff were fantastic. Approachable, and nice. The indoor plants section is competitively priced.
