Emailed about several houses and only ever heard back about one. We booked a viewing and the agent never turned up to the property and none of my 20+ calls went through.

If you're a student do not go with these people. As soon as they have you sign a contract and hand over money then you're second hand to them. Digusting and immoral. Also, some of there employees have rated it 5 stars which is clearly a conflict of interest. Don't trust the 5 star reviews.

Selling a house is fraught with stress and uncertainties at the best of time. Doing it when you live on the other side of the world should put it at another level. However, dealing with the Dafydd Hardy team was terrific: they were extremely professional, responsive and efficient. All in all, a no-nonsense transaction effortlessly facilitated. Many thanks. Looking forward to doing business with you again, when I finally return to North Wales.

I do not recommend anyone to deal with this agent. They rude and they like just money without any help. Mike and another girl who is fat are rude and do not respect their customers. If anyone needs to rent a house, it is a good idea to deal with landlords directly or deal with Adams agent.
