!!!!! Students beware !!!! My son rented a room in a large house in Bangor in 2012/13 and Dawn Harding has not returned his full deposit, retaining the fee for a locksmith she called out due to a faulty lock on his door which needed to be replaced after he had been locked in his room for hours, unable to get out to go to work. The lock smith himself said it was a faulty lock and Dawn Harding has failed to produce a report from the locksmith detailing how my son is supposed to have damaged it. Various other problems (.....) Be very careful if you rent through this company as you may not get your deposit back
