Came to London for a week. Made a few reservations and have eaten around the world… Wow, Da Terra is Absolutely genius. Mind blowing cuisine. Photos do not do it justice. This is world class food artistry… bravo! Kudos as well to Alex our server who is wonderful and Charlie the manager as well. Great people.
Went to London for a weekend and had one of the most amazing experiences ever in this restaurant. Although very small, I feel that it was intimate. It gives those who decide to come here a chance to go on a food journey whether it be for lunch or joining them for dinner. Everyone in that kitchen and front of house is well trained and knowledgeable. I enjoyed every course and also the selection available when you choose to do a wine pairing as well. Be prepared to spend good coin though. Well worth it in my opinion.
Great experience! Definitely worth Michelin 2 stars. Every dish was modern, delicious, and beautiful. Love the creativity and flavors; incorporation of Brazilian ingredients. The service was great, and liked that chef Cagali came to serve and interact with us. The restaurant is understated yet calm. We got to sit near the kitchen, which was very nice. I would highly recommend. You certainly won't be disappointed.
This is a two Michelin star restaurant in east London so prices are high but definitely worth it. The dishes have a Brazilian background but with a fusion twist and, for lunch, you can choose between a five and nine courses meals. We went for the 5 courses with wine tasting and it was delicious I have to say. It's very small but with a very nice atmosphere. You can also see the kitchen and the magic they do behind lthe counter. The staff is very polite and prepared. Definitely worth going if you like fine dining experiences.
What to say… Truly a remarkable fine dining experience. I didn’t anticipate the Brazilian influences! Thoughtful blending of technique, culture, and exotic ingredients you’d never expect to encounter in London. This meal was operating at a three star level. Highly recommend. You may encounter some challenging carnivore courses, so if you’re picky, let them know in advance.
What more can I say? Sensational food and wine from Chef Rafael. Managed to try the lunch tasting menu with the wine pairing. We were being looked after very well, even down to the small details. If you're in town, this is one place you dont want to miss. Kudos once again to Chef Rafael and team!
Had an amazing experience here. The service, food, drinks and atmosphere were all amazing. We had the long tasting menu, which lasted about 2.5hrs. The atmosphere is really relaxed for such a nice place, it really takes the edge off would could have quite easily been a very pretentious vibe. A truly delicious and memorable evening.
Deserved of both the Michelin stars it's been awarded, thoroughly. We have been visiting Da Terra as an occasional family outing for a few years and each time delivers a new bar setting. It's incredible how the chefs can continue to push themselves to the next level of refinement. The waiting staff are the most highly trained in the profession and really make a positive influence to your enjoyment of the experience. The bone marrow butter is simply bliss. Absolutely amazing. Best meal I’ve had in London. The tasting menu was great from start to end. Every dish is always very elegant, thoughtful and tasty. Hard to pick a favorite but some of my favorites are the fish, the lamb and the cheese course. The service was great always warm and friendly. The open kitchen also gives you a peek into the workings of the chefs. Truly amazing would comeback for sure
Had the long tasting menu. Absolutely love it here! Everything was amazing and had a great time celebrating my boyfriend’s 30’s birthday here. Would recommend the long tasting menu. So much fun. Great service too.
