AVOID AVOID AVOID! Very annoyed with this delivery service! I found this note lying on the floor outside my flat, despite having a letterbox on the door the delivery person was obviously too lazy to put it through and instead left it lying around. As you can see there is very little information as to where my parcel is, the form has not been filled in properly. I have no idea if it has been taken in by a neighbour; left in a 'safe place'; taken back to the depot or left on my doorstep. You can see that the delivery person has not noted down anything, not even if i have to call back to arrange another delivery. I have now been on hold on the phone for over 40 minutes it automatically hangs up on me after having been on hold for 15mins so then have to redial. This is useless. Not impressed
Joke of a company. Repeatedly marking delivery as attempted. Contacted seller of item who showed me the photo DX provided them as proof of their attempt... It was a photo of the buzzers to a building that is not even mine! No wonder I hadn't heard of this courier before, their incompetence must already be well known.
Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with, one star is being overly generous. Next day delivery didn't arrive, no calling card left, no tracking number. Did receive an email saying they'd missed me not the first time a delivery company haven't turned up and sent this email, clicked on "rearrange delivery" expecting to arrange for the next day but was taken to a page stating delivery rearranged for 5 days later and no option to change date to one that suited. Customer service almost impossible to get ahold of and once through after having obtained tracking numbers from the sender unable to help or even contact their own departments/depots! Informed they could not rearrange delivery and that I was not allowed to collect from the local depot despite the item doing nothing but sitting there for the next 5 days! Asked what happens if unable to deliver as the next delivery date didn't suit me and was told it would sit in the depot until the sender asked for it back! Requested number/address for local depot, was only given phone number and despite phoning during office hours phone repeatedly rang a few times then stated "this office is closed" before cutting off. I would suggest checking which courier senders are using before ordering anything and if using DX then shop elsewhere.
Paid for before 11am shipping. Tracking number provided, told its out for delivery on an update. Now the tracking number is not recognised, nothing showed up and mothers day is now ruined. Companies like this should be shut down for utter incompetence
Was sent a text at 9.37am saying my package will be here between 8am and 6pm. Waited all fkn day to be told by a computer that they can't deliver till 2 days from when text was sent. I tracked it. It was en route to my house now I need to wait! Why ? Also I had to chase it up myself .no courtesy call to let me know. Will be having words with someone if I ever get a human on the line! Unreal.will be calling company my package came from also.MADDENING!! If I could give no stars I would.
Brand new fridge freezer arrived several days late and damaged. Apparently this is the service we all need to be accustomed to these days. Forget it. Won't be using any supplier whom themselves contract DX freight or any of it's associated outfits. Once bitten, twice shy!
I live in a building with an elevator and delivery guy buzzed through the lobby door and then decided riding the elevator to my door was too much hassle so he just abandoned the packages in the middle of the lobby. Eventually I went down to collect them and the boxes were destroyed and as a result the items inside were damaged. This is the second experience I've had with them the other time items were marked as delivered and when I queried it they sent a picture of the parcel as proof of delivery with no signature or date and could only see a ticket and no doorway or building as supposed to. Worse than Hermes.
