Bought 3 SRFDRY Towel Ponchos. They are a great price and quality seems to be very good indeed. Wife didn’t like the colour so got in touch with Vines and they exchanged without question. Paul was super quick to respond and sent out the replacement immediately. It’s so refreshing to experience such great service. Thank you Vines and Paul for providing a 5* service. I will definitely be making more purchases in the future!
Can’t recommend this shop enough. Excellent customer service and super friendly staff who will help with any and all inquiries, they really make you feel like friends rather than customers. Good prices on all items, clothing and equipment alike. Ordered some parts from here on a Thursday and they had arrived by Sunday morning, so the delivery times are better than a lot of places i’ve ordered from. Overall a super great shop and look forwards to going back in the future
Loving this store, great range of clothing and a nice selection of hardware too. Very friendly and welcoming, highly recommended.
Terrible customer service. Took over 4 weeks to receive 2 vests. Ignored emails, phone calls Facebook messages, Facebook posts. Finally got a response but only after telling them they were reported to Trading standards and asked for a refund. Would give zero stars but can't. Do not recommend buying from this company who also own radgirl.com by the way after some digging when I received no response . Other customers also struggled to get in contact And we're being ignored too. Avoid.
2nd update - THE PACKAGE CAME. I appreciate that The Vines responded to my email. The package took 6 weeks & looked like it had been through a war zone but the merchandise was unscathed. Yay UPDATE: I did get a reply email. I do understand that these days packages are taking longer. When I get the skateboard I will update again I ordered in November 20th and they sent me an email November 24th saying my shipment was on the way. It’s December 9th and I have yet to see a package or get a reply to my emails. One star - their initial response to my purchase was friendly.
My faith in the vines supply company has just been restored! I bought a dryrobe from them in February just before lockdown and needed to change it for a smaller size . I've been trying to contact them to exchange throughout the summer. I had just about given up and was looking for options what to do when I saw the shop had reopened. Speaking to Paul I learnt that the shop had to close due to lack of supply and they are only just reopening now. I have thought that posts on Facebook and social media meant that they were operating. Paul explained that their social media is run by another company, so Vines' staff were not just ignoring my messages! Paul quickly came up with a solution and was very helpful restoring my faith in this company!
Customer service is unbeatable, I had a live chat reply In under 5 mins. Extremely helpful and were happy to price match an item for me. I’ll definitely be using you guys again. Thank you!
My 10 year old daughter wanted to have a skateboard. So being a complete novice to all things skateboard I phoned The Vines. Paul was brilliant. He gave us great advice, was very friendly and professional. As our order was placed in Lockdown 3 he even delivered it to our front door! Thank you!
