Very satisfied with the whole process! Our boiler failed recently and we had 3 different estimates. We ended up going with D & M and are happy we did. Tim was helpful and honest during the sale process. The install was clean and professional and when we had a weird rattling sound in day 3, they came out right away, figured it out, and resolved.
They gave me a 2 hour window. They showed up during the first hour, which was great! Tim was our service tech. He called to say he was on the way, which was good for us, it gave me time to lock the dog and cat up, so they wouldn't be in the way, The goofy cat would try to run down in the basement, then we'd never find her again! He was professional, friendly, checked out all the furnace inner workings, even cleaned out the drain hoses. He did a great job! Now our furnace is all set for the winter! D&M Heating is my go to furnace / A/C company.Service: HVAC system maintenance
