Didn't seem to be interested in attending smaller domestic property to provide a quote or advice.... even though I was looking to replace whole heating system and underfloor heating downstairs.  Wouldn't suggest using unless you have a project manager or have measured all your rooms or have drawings to share.  Asked me loads of questions and made me feel stupid and a waste of time.

The man I was speaking to kept saying he'd get back with a quote and arrange a visit to scope the work. I kept chasing, after sending detailed floor plans, and kept getting told I would get a call back that week. Heard nothing each week. In the end we missed the deadline for the heating system because the rest of the project had to start. Shame.

Very helpful. Would use often.
