From start to finish D Durrant Removals were incredibly helpful. Everyone we have dealt with (from office staff to packers) have been polite and friendly and took the time to understand our specific needs. They kept us informed of the process the whole way through and were able to accommodate our changing situation such as shifting completion dates and needing to hold on to boxes whist renovation work took place. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a straightforward, cost-effective moving experience. Thanks to all at D Durrant for alleviating our moving stress!

Used Durrants for a recent move to Bargoed (South Wales), gavingvhad a very competitive quote from them. Despite me not being as ready as I’d like, John and ‘Ginge’ were really very good (they should really be on the stage😆) and made what is usually a very stressful time very much less so, good humour coupled with a very professional attitude. Worked like trojans over the 2 day move. I would highly recommend this company, and many thanks again.

They write you a letter, send someone professional around and send you a quote. When you call up they give you a provisional date booking. They don't tell you that they book more than one so reserve the right to cancel at any time. 15 minutes before exchange they did so. then when you express disappointment that they did not give you the choice to make a deposit they speak as if it is your fault you are not a mind reader and are rude. Poor communicators in a process that requires communication. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Rude and unhelpful. Contacted Durrants for a quote for removal; when I tried to return a voicemail message there was no answer for an afternoon. They refused to do quotes before 8.45 in the morning, after 4.30 in the afternoon or at weekends, despite living across the road. When I expressed regret as we wanted to use a local firm I was told it was my own fault for not getting removal quotes a month in advance of the hoped-for move date. Avoid.
