When I needed a storage facility at relatively short notice and without fuss and bother, I contacted Sarah at Big Bear Storage. She had a room available which was perfect for my needs, and patiently responded to my questions, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s well located – Just of the A264 and close to both Horsham and Crawley. Sarah goes out of her way to be helpful and the prices are transparent and competitive. I recommend Big Bear Storage without hesitation or reservation.
I'm so grateful to have been introduced to Sarah, her knowledge and helpful advise to storage solutions instantly put me at ease. There was a good choice of room sizes available all at reasonable rates & Sarah helped me to determine the best size suited to my needs. For a small charge, Sarah allowed me the use of her lorry and when it came to moving day she was extremely helpful & hands on and made the whole experience feel very relaxed. I would not hesitate to reccommend Big Bear Storage - friendly staff, easily accessible, clean and tidy environment an excellent facility overall.
Amazing service! Sarah is so friendly and helpful, and really made things so easy for us. She goes above and beyond what is expected. I love that it is a small family run business and Sarah ensured that we had everything we needed at such a good price. I would highly recommend using her!!
From our first contact, Sarah has proved to be a friendly, professional and extremely helpful person. She is willing to come up with the best and most economic solutions to storage/ removal projects, and is always "hands-on". Her storage facility is impeccably clean, and provides a variety of easily accessible secure rooms/spaces which cater for every size and requirement. We would have no hesitation in recommending Big Bear Storage to anyone , and we wish Sarah every success....she certainly deserves it.
I contacted Sarah regarding renting a locker to store some items for a few months. Sarah was very helpful over the phone and suggested I went to see the locker to make sure it would be suitable for my needs. I met Sarah the next day, viewed the locker and made arrangements to rent it. Sarah was very friendly and professional and gave me a discount for the first month. I would thoroughly recommend Big Bear Storage.
Sarah is a lovely hard working lady who goes the extra mile in providing a professional service. Her storage units are in various sizes so should suit most storage requirements, the units are very clean, dry and have lighting which is included in the rental costs. We have only just started using her storage facilities to store our 89 year old mothers 'spare possessions' after she moved into the area. We never have any problems accessing our unit, as Sarah knows we currently need regular access to our unit she rings to inform us if she is not going to be at the premises which is a nice personal touch. If required she has offered to drop off any items which may be required. Once we have 'scaled down' the items currently stored we will move into a smaller unit which Sarah has no problem with and is more than willing to help with the move and even provides the odd cup of tea and toasted fruit loaf!! The loading bay is spacious and there is easy non payment parking, there is a forklift on site if you have heavier items. Sarah has taken a gamble in trying to take on the likes of Lok'n Store, Big Yellow etc and should be applauded for that along with the service she provides, therefore I also cannot recommend Big Bear Storage in Faygate highly enough.
Sarah has been super helpful and accommodating to our needs. She gave us a choice of storage areas at various prices and was more than happy to advise us pm insurance options. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Sarah goes out of her way to provide great service to her customers. I used her storage facilities for over 2 years and can say that I never had any issue in terms of accessing my unit or that my valuables weren't in perfect condition. She even recommended that I take a smaller size than I was initially thinking, as based on her expertise it would be sufficient for my needs - which it was! The pricing was comfortably the cheapest among the other storage companies in Crawley and while Big Bear is located just outside Crawley, it takes no more than 5 minutes to get there. Plus the route is extremely straightforward. The loading bay is really spacious meaning you can bring a transit van into the facility. I didn't need to use the forklift but it's nice to know that there's one there if you have heavier items that need moving. All in all it was a great service for a really good price. I cannot recommend Big Bear highly enough.
Would recommend Big Bear Storage as it was much more friendly and helpful than the larger storage companies. Sarah, the owner, was very helpful and was able to give us a choice of storage areas which suited our needs rather than just giving us the one which would cost us the most. Would definitely recommend!!
Great location and easy access. Sarah could not have been more helpful - assisting my movers to get everything off their lorry and into the store. A variety of shapes and sizes of rooms available giving the ability to upsize or downsize as requirements change!
