Dropped my Trek Remedy 8 off for a change of pivot bearings. Went to pick it up and got a detailed rundown on the bike's minor problems. Very friendly and helpful staff, and very reasonably priced. Will be going back.

Really helpful and professional. Even though they were very busy, they repaired the bottom bracket of my tandem in less than 1 hour and charged me only £15 ! I could not be happier !
Took my Super Galaxy in for a service and having had negative service with other local shops was hoping Scott was going to be different based on reviews. I wasn't disappointed. What he achieved with the standard service has made the bike feel like brand new, so responsive and tight. While your shops there you have yourself a permanent customer mate. Thanks for everything.
Without sounding like and arse, I’ve worked in the cycle industry my whole life, and so have always done my own maintenance, however due to circumstance I had to I drop my bike in here for some work last week, as soon as I spoke to Joe I knew he was on the ball, and after a quick chat he knew exactly what I wanted, when I picked it up he’d done all the work that I’d asked for plus a few extra bits that he’d noticed needed attention, I took the bike out tonight for a quick spin and it feels like new! Totally happy! He’s done a slot on job and the price was bang on too, I defiantly wouldnt hesditste to recommend or return myself! Thanks again.
