Have always relied on my son to do any computer repairs, but as he was very busy and I needed my laptop back quickly I decided to pay for it. I read reviews of all the local companies and decided to take it to Cyber Central, as I thought they seemed better resourced. I had somehow managed to lose access to my Microsoft suite, and had no record of my licence number. The guys at Cyber were able to access my MS account and retrieve the licence, and returned my laptop to me all working properly, and all at a price well below what some large companies would charge just for having a look at it. The guys in the shop are very friendly and helpful, and ready to offer advice, and most importantly they do not talk down to you. I would thoroughly recommend Cyber Central and will certainly go back to them in the future if I need help.

After sweating out due to being unable to send/receive correctly formatted docments (iMac), I needed help, QUICK!

With customer parking and ready to use terminals, I was able to prepare my documents and send them, after Printing, scanning.
