Just moved to leeds, called to book a full head of highlights, they didn’t mention anything to do with patch testing and booked me in. Arrived and sat down, the girl didn’t ask me anything about what kind of blond I usually go for or how thick/thin I like my highlights. She just applied standard bleach and said I couldn’t have a toner because I hadn’t had a patch test. Eventually washed bleach off, it was quite yellow in the front where it had been on the shortest amount of time. Asked if I wanted a cut, I said take off what I need, considering I have a lot of split ends and haven’t had my hair cut in months! She took the smallest amount off the ends. Average at best, expected a lot more for the amount charged. Not sure if they don’t know what they’re doing or just not bothered.Service: Hairstyling

I go here to get my 2yo hair cut. The stuff are really friendly and do an excellent cut! His hair stays smart looking for ages between cuts. My little boy enjoys the car to entertain him whilst his hair is cut too

My daughter, who has not been well and unable to have a haircut for some time, had an appointment recently at Cutting Room Creative. Her stylist Amanda was lovely, kind and had a great sense of humour. She also delivered a fabulous haircut! Trainee Carmen was gentle and attentive and the reception team warm and welcoming. Much more about colour than cut here. Unfortunately my colour wasn’t what I asked for after being persuaded to do something I wouldn’t normally have. To be fair, when I rang to complain, they handled it brilliantly and got me in that day to sort it out. They ended up returning my colour closer to what it was when I walked in. It’s definitely not the worse cut and colour I’ve ever had but for the money I was hoping not to feel so disappointed. What a shame! I so wanted to love it like clearly all the rest do! They’re also a really lovely, friendly bunch but I probably wouldn’t risk a return visit, sorry! Services: Hair coloring
Excellent service and I am so pleased with Lee. The ladies at the front desk was so nice and pleasant as well. I have a short hair with lots of volume. She gave me a beautiful pixie cut! Highly recommend this salon.
