Had a great experience at Blacks in Leeds City Centre a couple of months ago. Charlie was so helpful when I was choosing a new pair of hiking boots and went above and beyond. Was even better to experience the great service after we had just left Cotswolds feeling like there was no longer good customer care available. Thanks Charlie.

I recently bought a OEX Bivvi Bag from blacks approximately 4weeks ago I never received this item and had to go on a hunt to understand why it’s hadn’t turned up. It was lost in transit. I was then told that because of stock issues I wasn’t going to get a replacement and a full refund would be issued it’s now 7 days since and now to be told that my refund wasn’t completed and to wait another 3-5 working days PLEASE go to go outdoors

I was after a berghaus fleece jumper and to my surprise they had the right colour and size in the sale perfect good range of outdoor clothing and walking boots at reasonable prices very centrally located helpful staff
