Staff are friendly and helpful and they have a good selection of electrical goods to offer and usually at fairly reasonable prices if you want to buy new. I'd certainly use them again
Extremely unsatisfactory, stood waiting over 30 minutes to be told out of stock but they had a different dishwasher in a different colour and price range to what we had asked for. Or they could deliver next week for an extra £20. Very unhelpful staff and very lapsadaisy staff with not a rush in them
We were served by Lily for 2 TVs, a fridge-freezer and a washer. She went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank you enough for helping us get the right products and securing one at another site for us to collect! Extremely polite and helpful!
Went in today. Asked for the price of a tv from a member of staff, who left saying they would find out and didn’t come back. Just rude and unprofessional. I would like to say this was an isolated incident, Sadly this isn’t the case. The same thing happened 2 weeks ago when I brought a washing machine. Most of the staff are to busy on their phones and uninterested is helping.
Hi I bought a TV for £750 it tried to buy insurance for TV for damages the customer service asked me it’s better to buy insurance for your tv if anything to cover up and after 4 weeks the screen automatically went black and when I ringed the customer service he came and took my TV for 2 weeks and after that it said your insurance is not covered and I paid £145 for 3 years and I lost nearly £900 the customer service was very rude and I went there and explained everything to them and they still said the insurance is not covered and the screen still black and I’m still paying monthly payment and got no TV. Please guys look at my comment these people lie too much
Awful customer service. Purchased a TV for elderly mother. They charged me twice and delivered a faulty TV. Their customer service will have you running around in circles with pitfalls to hang up on you. But not before they have been rude and impatient with you.
Absolute disgrace of a company! Avoid doing an upgrade with Carphone Warehouse in store at Curry's because if you have any issues with the handset or want to change your mind about the phone on Day 2 they are not interested at all, they just pass you from pillar to post and take no responsibility. I was spoken to appalling by the Curry's General Manager in the Oldham Store, cannot believe he thought it was acceptable to shout over the top of someone who was clearly upset! What happened to Customer Rights..... I was visiting the store every other day from the 5th November due to different issues with the handset & speaking to different managers, staff members and getting absolutely nowhere. Also numerous webchats, letters of complaints and more telephone calls to be told today this will need escalating to the Store & Regional Manager for a further wait!! Ongoing stress since the beginning and nobody wants to take any ownership or offer any resolution I'm at the end of my tether with no way to turn. Disgusting Customer Service for such reputable companies.
Second time in 2 weeks, I've been Never used Curry's before & Won't Again, WHY? I phoned to see if they had a product in stock got put through to a clearing house an told to go on the Web site could not find what I wanted so used the site Phone Number, THAT COST ME £ 9.89 NO Where did it say I'm paying that rate to ring them, Popped along to see If I could get my goods spoke to a young dark haired well over weight Manager, Who could only Say I need to reset my mobile, so not to ring them, Looking @ the other staff they looked bored to Death, & would move away, Not come & Ask can I help You.?!? TAKE CARE WHEN Shopping there, THEY only want to up sell @ the TILLS, & move your Insurance or your Network to Them , DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MOBILE NUMBER, THAT'S, A NO NO, For Sure, NEVER AGAIN, FOR ME, NEVER AGAIN FOR SURE, .
Went in to buy a graphics card and some displayport cables plus an adapter for displayport to DVI. They only sell graphics cards online and they don't sell displayport cables. Lots of hdmi but none of the new faster displayport cables. They used to be good for tech once upon a time. Ah well, Amazon it is then
Went for a laptop for my granddaughter going back to university looked at 1 she liked it asked not in stock saw another again not in stock looked again not in stock really!! all3 not in stock!!! went to argos looked at 1 sorted in stock!! happy days currys get a grip !!
