Staff were very helpful and we have been kept informed by text messages as to when our order will be delivered. Would have preferred it if social distancing was adhered to more in store, however all staff wore face masks correctly which was good to see.
The staff are more interested in chit chatting in large groups than approaching customers to see if they need assistance. Lost a £1500 sale today... Recommend going else where.
The process of picking up something I bought online was fairly easy although signposting for where to park wasn't correct
it's a store with a large variety of products and has mostly competent helpful staff .
Some staff lacking in knowledge which resulted us taking home a laptop that didnt have all the features we wanted. Returned it the following day with no issues and were helped by someone more knowledgable although still rely solely on their tablets for information.
Went to buy a switch game for my son picked the game up from the shelf went to the tills to be informed they had sold while the cashier was laughing.
Went here for a larder fridge. Had what we wanted and it was £30 cheaper than the ticket price so very happy. Lady assistant was friendly and helpful. A good choice of electricals here
Simple. Click, buy and collect. Very easy and quick. EXCELENT
