Today,we went to Currys with the intention of buying an electric oven and a washing machine. While we where trying to decide which one to go for,Heidi approach us and she was absolutely amazing with giving us every single detail about each of the items and helping us make the right choice. Waited for 15 minutes at the checkouts when there was nobody else there. In the end I decided to wander over to the repairs area where I found 5 members of staff having a good old chin wag. Only to eventually be told my items weren't in stock but I could order them. If I'd wanted to order them I could have done that at home
After an on going saga with head office they finally wrote my tumble dryer off and we received a gift card. We went into store and a lady called Sue 2 or Bev 2 gave exceptional service she acknowledged, apologised and regained our confidence in Currys. Excellent work
Went to bought a Television. Was served by James, what a wonderful young lad he is with very kind and understanding approach. Helped us choose the best TV for us and also offered us amazing freebies worth £110 alongside our purchase. James has such an excellent customer service skills and would recommend him to everyone.

Really good experience today, we was assisted by a young man named Ethan He was happy to help. Very polite, informative and knowledgeable about the products where as i was not and did need advise not just a sale. I was looking at purchasing an air con unit and was firstly helped by a lovely lady called Hayley. She explained among other optionsI can pretty much take one home today and pay in or within 6 months no interest. Then Paige was extremely helpful by processing everything for me and within 10 minutes I now have an air con unit with the optional card and repair scheme. I can’t thank the staff today for their help!
Terrible service. Bought a washing machine, had it delivered by Currys. Broke down immediately. Staff at Mansfield branch said "nothing to do with us" and told me to call the manufacturer to fix. The other option was an exchange but I'd have to uninstall it and bring it back to the store myself, even though i paid the £75 fee to have it delivered and installed! After 3 visits by Samsung and no help from Currys i got it fixed That's what £500 got me anyway....
Called into the Mansfield store after our fridge freezer had broken while looking at the different options Heidi introduced herself and explained the range they had. Heidi was excellent and made our purchasing experience truly memorable. Thank you Heidi
