Brought my mac from here a few years ago. Long story short, they were very persistent with trying to make the sale and eventually then taking the money, but then did none of the setup that costs £50 but they gave to us for free. I called up customer help and he literally talked me through the setup in 2 minutes. I cannot believe they charge £50 for that and then made us feel as they are doing us a favour by giving it to us for free. I would avoid buying any technology from here as it is obviously very sales driven and you won't necessarily get the right product for your needs.

After visiting the store in Milton Keynes (above Tesco at the Kingston site) my partner persuaded me to visit the store in Bedford (after my Milton Keynes experience I didn't hold out much hope). Verdict.....just as bad as the staff in Milton Keynes. Maybe it's a Currys thing as PC world was never this bad.....was it? The teams seem to gather in groups of three and just stand around chatting or pretending to look busy (one staff member was taking out and putting back in the soap tray in a washing machine. He did this for 30 mins...out then in, out then in). Come on now I know you may not enjoy your jobs and working on a bank holiday probably sucks, but try and show a little bit of enthusiasm. It might actually make the day go faster! The staff don't even seem to be aware that they have customers in the store? So I went to the Currys, pc world above Tesco in Milton Keynes and took my business elsewhere (store loss £1k my partner visited the Bedford store and received no assistance. So will make the cooker purchase elsewhere (store loss £500 - £800). Currys/pc world must be doing well to throw that amount of money away in 45 mins - 1 hr. Maybe more staff training is required before your staff take your company down the bankruptcy route? Maybe look at the reviews and see how many 1 stars you have.
