Not the best experience. No staff available initially so an assistant from Carphone Warehouse helped. After some discussion about what price the item should be without satisfactory conclusion, the item was out of stock. Conclusion ....laughable and shan't shop there again

Appalling customer service. Wanted to buy a Dyson vacuum cleaner, waited around for 10 minutes for service before I had to go and ask for help only yo be told that there was no one available and someone would be with me soon despite the fact I could see two groups of two members of staff just stood around having a chat, waited 5 more minutes without any assistance before I decided to take my trade elsewhere. That's one £350 sale you've just missed and the £230 tablet I was going to buy at the end of the month will purchased elsewhere too !

Went to Llandudno branch to pick up reserved Laptop at 19.50 and was told i would have to come back in the morning as the warehouse man had just left and it was all locked up. Store was still open and there were still customers in. Why was staff leaving before closing time. Went to Argos instead, much more helful.
