Big store with lots of home electricals and plenty of staff but the prices are still higher than other online retailers. Somewhere you can go to get what you need in a hurry but there are much cheaper alternatives for the same products.

This is the WORST company to deal with ever! They are rude and should not be allowed to trade. Do not buy from them - you will regret it when something goes wrong! They don’t honour your consumer rights unless you take them to court. They will get out of allowing a refund or replacement which ever way they can. BE WARNED!

Dave in the TV department today @ 1.30pm was very keen to tell me 'there's no point in taking photos of the TV's and prices today as it will all change soon' - rather than offering help, which I wanted between which TV to buy, I felt as though I was being told off. He was keen to help others though. As an electrician I was dressed appropriately and can't help but think my clothes may have been the reason for my treatment. The irony is I was ready and willing to buy, but I am also patient and so will go elsewhere. Cheers Dave

Worst delivery service. If delivery is the only option then I wont be using Currys for anything I need. 2 out of 3 products have been an awful experience and they are both delivered items. I'm now on day 2 wasted trying to get an oven delivered because the driver said I wasn't in. I live on a quiet street in a bungalow, door bell and loud knocker which are always clearly heard. Car parked outside and me sat at the window looking out for them. Driver claiming I wasn't in is absolute rubbish, why would I spend so much money on something to not wait in for it!!!! Collection only for me or shop elsewhere!!!

Disgraceful. experience. Wife purchased HP all in one computer paying for the set up as a birthday present. When the computer was set up and switched on the home screen came on for a very short time followed by the black cat in the coal cellar. What the heck had she paid for. On returning the product to the store the assistant on the returns desk came out will lots of excuses about HP machines always running updates and being a real problem, question is why are they selling them then. She then goes off to see a manager and returns a short while later checks the receipt and asks when the item was picked up then conveniently comes out with the last update was the day after the machine was picked up. I must admit her speed at which her nose grew was true Pinocchio style. Needless to say every excuse was too convenient and the fact that she would have told the manager how upset we were, no one more senior took on the customer resolution exercise. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
