Credit where credit is due, went here to buy a laptop. Got approached shortly after entering by a lovely member of staff. She informed me should would send someone over to help me. A few minutes later a member of staff came over and asked me about what I was looking for. She then showed me some options & was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with the laptop we settled on and so I bought it. She did offer insurance and security that I didn't need at the time but was not pushy. Just generally good customer service. I believe her name was Sarah-Beth? Possibly. Totally different to the experience I had in the Llanelli store the night before where I'd waited 45 minutes to be seen by someone and after seeing the staff stood in a circle on phones gave up and left. But that's for a different review!
It’s another Curry’s. Though considering we were there to actually buy an oven and a fridge, no one approached us, or even tried to see if we needed help. Typically until I am ready, I don’t want to be bothered, but they certainly didn’t even try.
I normally refrain from writing negative reviews, but something must be said about this store. This is the FOURTH time it has happened and I’m getting fed up. On all four occasions of going in to the store and buying something, we have been stood waiting for assistance for over 25 minutes every single time. 25 minutes!! I have had to walk out of the shop many times before due to the waiting around, but these are just the occasions I bought something! Not once were we assisted in a reasonable amount of time and I mean reasonable…15minutes. The store was never busy at these times either! I have finally had enough and will not be returning to the store ever again. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are actually really lovely and helpful when they do come to assist, but when you have to wait over 25 minutes for it, it’s beyond ridiculous. Looking at other reviews I can see this is a common occurrence - please sort it out!
Had a long wait to buy a tumble dryer 3of there staff upstairs jus talking had to ask for assistance after waiting like 15 mins then I asked about 3/4 tumble dryers and said we don’t have that one so at the end we bought one payed for it then told wait down stairs be with you soon had to wait 25/30 mins for it then a young lad come and helped us to take it to the car it was pouring down the lad was so helpful he took it out of the rapping and put it in the car it it wasn’t for the lad I would never shop there again
Visited branch three times regarding an online order i'd arranged to collect. Was passed around three desks/departments, then sent away to await an update by phone. Still had to use the Webchat, amd STILL don't have my phone. Ordered nine days ago.
Purchased a DVD player for my granddaughter, was served by Dan, he took the time to fully explain the product, he was very knowledgeable I would not have purchased if he had not offered great service very professional thankyou Dan.
Close to town centre, easy walking distance. customer service not the best.
Large store with a great array of great products at decent prices. My only criticism is that there was a long delay in speaking to a member of staff, so much so that I walked out and they lost a sale
Great customer service from Todd and support from his manager Stu, who helped my partner and I with our TV
Poor customer service and product not available to purchase when eventually spoken to.
