Very poor customer service and slow to advise on products. There were lots of staff on the shop floor but all seemed much happier talking amongst themselves than helping me choose a product. Eventually after quite a few minutes of persistent conversation I was able to get some reluctant advice on a suitable product. I'm now 6 and a half months pregnant and I was left to carry a heavy printer and 2 packs of paper aswell as my handbag to my car. Walking out through the store there were a lot of male staff stood about talking to one another and not one asked if I would like any help and I really didn't feel comfortable asking for help as the three staff members I had already spoke with during my shopping experience were reluctant to be of any assistance.

Nice staff - terrible service. I went on store to order a washing machine when my old one broke down. First time the machine was smashed when it was delivered. Delivery team said they would sort me out a next day upgrade. They didn't and I had to spend an hour in the store sorting out a replacement. I was now just about to go on holiday and so I gave them a week and a half to sort out a replace and get it to me. It never turned up and I got no message to say that the store had cancelled the delivery because they didn't get the stock on time. I now off on a business trip for a week and need to buy clothes to manage as there are no local launderettea anymore. Don't go to Currys!

Great service, they even took the TV and loaded it in the car for us. Assistants very helpful and friendly
