Unfortunately did not have machine my wife wanted but eventually one chose .Good delivery.
Friendly helpful staff shame about the lack of stock. Also stock shortage online so not the fault of the store.
I had an issue with an online collection initially but thankfully Dan in-store went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. Very satisfied with the customer support!

Staff have always been superb in here. I was in about a month ago now, buying an extension cable. Before leaving, I was informed by Tracey about risks over overloading sockets. I did already know this but I just think that more people should know. It's so easy to just see a socket and plug whatever in without knowing the risk. Thank you!
I was met by a lovely young man and soon put at my ease. He explained everything carefully to an old lady and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Great experience all round.
Small store so limited choice. I wanted a DVD player but they didn't have any.
