Ordered here twice ready to collect. For comparison, we have eaten in various Indian takeaways and restaurants. Starters, mains, rice and naans were cooked well and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Curry Cottage is not our usual go-to/first choice but food is definitely not the worst. Therefore, in terms of convenience and to support and eat local, would happily visit and order a takeaway here again. Recommend.
My family have ordered from Curry Cottage on many occasions. We have always very much enjoyed the dishes on their menu and they have always gone out of their way to offer the best takeaway service. Meals are delivered hot and in a timely fashion. The food is consistently good. We thoroughly recommend them.
Just eats reviews super and clearly restaurant paid for fake reviews to boost!! Food was super bland, tasteless, fatty and or not much of the food in the curry or bhuna and just had lots of water and smeared with spice or colour after it was part cooked to bulk and make more money. Wish food was fully cooked as well. Also many of the starters was bulk bought from places like iceland frozen and charge customers per 1 item such as a samosa or bhaji for the price of the packet they bought from Iceland!!! What a waste of money and do not recommend.
My favourite curry house in town, flavoursome food and decent portion sizes. Also amazing for vegetarians as they have such a vast array of options as well as fish and meat options, food always arrives before the allocated time slot via the JustEat app and staff are always friendly upon delivery. Would recommend!
Very bad customer service they send what they like and refuse to refund the money. I ordered Peshawari nan but never received it, when I called to complain they hung the phone up on me. I won’t buy from them again, shop where you are treated with respect.
We order from curry cottage frequently. The flavours are very good and the service is impeccable. 'Mum husband loved their Naga curry v spicy and I always get the Rezzala off menu which is delicious. They always give complementary popadoms! I totally recommend
