I liked my visit and scone was nice but downside was I didn't realise till I was sorting receipts the next day that I'd been charged for two scones not just one that I had.

It's extremely cold place to sit, service is very slow and poor, cakes are a bit large and coffee is too strong or cold by the time you get it, I don't like it. Tables are on top of each other and got no privacy. If you do sit outside be warned it's extremely cold with Cleveland Centre doors opening all the time.
