Always friendly staff. Clean, child friendly and a great selection. Online app also for great audio listens for adults and kids. Free, clean toilet facilities. Great service for ordering books.
Firstly let me say this review is in two parts. I feel it is important to point out the staff are lovely, very helpful and polite at all times under what I would consider difficult circumstances. Which is why I gave a four rating The main issue I feel is what I consider a poor selection of books available. I also visit Glenrothes & Leven libraries on occasion and find a more varied selection there at times. While I appreciate these other libraries are run under the same umbrella if you will and may cater to their clientele I feel Cupar falls behind, sorry, but well done ladies.
Safe system in place and always nice to browse for books that I wouldn't ordinarily buy. Still recommending wearing facemask when visiting. Surprisingly quiet regardless of when I visit.
The library staff Yvonne and Jackie are very helpful. I needed to print off documents. They were very kind, patience and explain clearly to me. I got all my printed documents.
