Diane who works there could not be any more uninterested in the issue I had with my young Scotcard. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and could not have been any more unhelpful if she tired. I am appalled by the poor customer service

being dealing with housing for 8 months now regarding noise complaints getting no where with them u phone and they dont answer or when they do the person your looking for is not there. council not very good at there job
