We had ordered through just eat at 6:30 and had time added on to our delivery slot as they were busy , fair enough , our order was supposed to come at 7:55 and didn't turn up so we phoned at 8:15 to see where it was to be told it would be leaving the kitchen in 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes had passed and we phoned again and the woman in the phone said a delivery driver will be on the way with it but at the same time she doesn't know if they will be or not because they've got so many delivery drivers so we got asked to wait a further 10-15 minutes which we did. I phoned back again and no delivery driver had our order as they hadn't even made it yet !! We got asked to wait another 20 minutes so they could make our order which we agreed to , we contacted just eat to ask about money off our order as we had waited over 2 and a half hours to be told by just eat that they had spoken to the restaurant and the restaurant had cancelled our order and couldn't get our food out to us😡, I phoned Cuisine kitchen and they said they cancelled our order because just eat were 'asking them lots of questions' so just took it upon themselves to cancel the order resulting in us waiting we'll over 2 and a half hours to get no food at all and having to wait on a refund from just eat , I would highly recommend for no one else to waste their time and money on this place as they can't run a bath never mind a business.

First time getting a chinese takeway from here. We didn't wait long and food was hot. Enjoyed the salt and pepper chips too lol. Staff were friendly.

The third time in a row we have ordered from here and something has been wrong. First time ordered the food for 8 pm for guests arriving, turned up at 7. Second time no sweet and sour sauce for the chicken. Called and waited 45 mins for the sauce to be delivered. So all the food was cold. Tonight the chips were awful, and our rice was not in the order we called and to complain and get our rice to go with order, we waited an hour. Will never return to this take away.

Waited well over an hour, food was cold when arrived, had to reheat which defeats the purpose of a takeaway. Driver was even slower getting out his car, blamed new drivers fr delivery times, cop out as far as I'm concerned, called and offered no apology. I won't use again as delivery service is a big let down!! It's a pity as food is good but better if it was hot of course!!
