I’m staying in the Falkirk Travel lodge for a month whilst I work at Grangemouth ,nso tonight I thought I’d give Chianti Italian restaurant a try and I definitely wasn’t disappointed.nThe food was great and the 2 young women running front of house were very welcoming & doing a great job.nArancini was very fresh and authentic and you’ll see from the photos the beer and steak was also on point. I’d advise anyone local thinking about going , or anyone staying near by in one of hotels to get yourself booked in.
An Italian restaurant in the middle os Scotland.nWe were with a big group without reservations but that went well.nParking is easy and the welcome was ok. Especially coming in with 10 people.nThey had to arrange some tables but when that was done it was cosy and comfortable.nThe staff is friendly and professional.nNow the food: the food was typical Italian and that in the middle of an other country surprised me a little.nBecause we had a bigger group I could see not taste all different dishes. It looked amazingnThe dish I had was good.
We stayed in the hotel close by and found this gem. By far the best Italian food I've ever had. So good in fact we dined here again the following evening . Daves service was brilliant and the Chef needs commending for producing quality food time and time again.nthank you to the Chianti team.
The food was amazing, service was excellent, beautiful restaurant. Highly recommend and can't wait to get back
Lovely authentic Italian restaurant. Great atmosphere and very positive, welcoming staff. The food was tasty and definitely worth a try. If I go back I'd rather just go for drinks and nibbles. Great outdoor space, would be ideal on a sunny day for cocktails.
