I've had the most frustrating 2 years being mis-diagnosed which ended in me having hip surgery and then I was recommended to come to CSPC Physio.  I'm so happy I did.  CSPC have been the only one's to offer 1 hour treatments with the correct hands on therapy.  The difference in my mobility after just 1 session is unbelievable.  Their roster of clients is impressive too, lots of Olympians.  I wish I'd come sooner as I'm 100% certain they would have fixed me before needing surgery.

A little more expensive than most other physios but it is worth it. Everyone here is highly qualified and easy to talk to. They noticed problems I had before I even told them.

The physiotherapists here are some of the best I've come across, highly recommended!

Friendly, welcoming and very professional. Frank questions to establish the issue and then a mix of deep muscle massage to relieve the symptoms and some simple exercises to prevent reoccurring issues. Wasn't until the next day that I realised my symptoms were vastly reduced, but also felt like someone had removed a tonne weight from me.
