Amazing place, I got my daughter’s tortoise and all the essentials in here and was spot on, the little fellow has grown very fast and looks healthy thanks to the advice of the people working here.
Have been going to this premises for all of my reptile needs for a couple of years now, very well run business, very well stocked with everything you need. The staff are more than helpful, friendly and really nice to chat to. I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I do not live in Crystal Palace and travel from Sutton but this place has been 5 stars for me since my very first visit and I am always very grateful for the help and service they provide.
Knowledgeable staff, good selection of well-kept and healthy rare animals. I got a Whites Tree Frog from here and they were able to answer all my questions and give me everything I needed to get set up. Prices for animal, enclosure, and supplies very reasonable.
Amazing experience! Traveled from Luton to come to the store and collect my Amazing juvenile ball python, i don't know what some of the 1 start reviews are talking about. The gentleman I spoke to was great help
I myself have tarantulas and I bought them from there and try to buy their food from there but they don't like tarantulas and often don't have food for them. Before lockdown covid there was a woman who dealt with the spiders dept. She was great but stopped working. They need more staff with knowledge of Tarantulas.
I sent messages via Facebook and Instagram as per there post rules for Black Friday. They read my messages and never got back to me. Phoned up and was assured the guy in charge of Facebook would get in contact, however he didn't. I've had no one get in contact. Supposed to be one of the best shops around the area but I certainly wouldn't ever use them. Total lack of customer care and obviously do not want my business.
Love this place, brought a few ball pythons from there top quality all came with health checks and advice on how to look husbandry. Great advice and variety of stock. Definitely top of my list for feed and supplies. Would be in there more often but the misses has limited my visits as I'll always fi d something to take home. A absolute must for reptiles and aquatics.
Love this reptile shop, I go to the shop every couple of months and the staff are so welcoming and polite , always have such a good chat with them! They’re also super helpful. I have also bought reptiles from here, who from day one of purchase has thrived I Will continue to go back here
Very nice set up my 4 Yr old loves to go inside to have a look and get goldfish.
I have been going to here to get my mice for a couple of years and they are good quality and affordable. They also have a range of feeds available and decor items. The lost 2 stars are because when talking to owner I found him condescending and arrogant. He also seemed to have a weird prejudice about tubs and Americans, which is bizarre considering the snake I was asking about originates from the USA, so they may know a bit more about their native species. He also seemed to be under the impression that you can’t buy storage tubs that are bigger than 3ftx3ft you can btw those would 133l tubs. Besides the UK gov guidelines on enclosures are based on the length of the snake, so not one size fits all. I included a picture of my tub set up which actually 71cmx44cm and that is a larger enclosure than the gov recommends for a 60cm snake.
