At The Pet Parlour we understand how hard it is to find a salon you like and trust, a salon that listens to your requests and caters to your pet's individual needs. Our staff consists of dedicated animal lovers, all pet owners themselves, who work very hard to provide each of our four-legged friends a safe, low-stress professional experience in our salon.

The team at The Pet Parlour knows that our dogs (and cats) are more than just pets, they are our family members. They capture our hearts and share our homes. That is why choosing the right groomer for them is important. In order to minimize stress for more anxious dogs, we play pet music to soothe and relax them. We practice gentle massage and t-touch to help calm. Additionally, the salon's viewing window is conveniently located away from the boutique to ensure a less stressful experience for your pet.

Being entrusted with your pet is something we take very seriously at The Pet Parlour. We do not cage your pet. However, since the safety of your dog is of extreme importance to us we do not let your dog roam freely around our salon. At The Pet Parlour we have created a special doggy waiting room. Here your dog can relax in supervised comfort after being groomed. It is filled with soft beds and blankets, even has an orthopedic bed for our elderly dogs. Whilst in the waiting room your dog will be given plenty of fresh water and a treat (with owners permission) while waiting to be picked up. So if you're running late you can relax knowing that your pet is in safe hands.
