Crown Automotive gave me the best service I've ever had from a used car garage. Alex went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase even after the sale was completed. Any worries I had about the car after the first week, he had them checked out at his expense for my piece of mind. I got a quality car at a good price and am very happy with my purchase. Next time I need a car, this will be the first place I will look. Highly recommended!
My recent experience with Crown Automotive and Alex was nothing but very professional. He was so informative about cars, especially Hondas and the Jazz I bought from him as a result was a very good decision. Very low mileage for its year, full Honda service history and a very clean car all round. Alex had the car MOT'd and full service carried out at no cost to myself. Alex is very amiable, and personable and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to family and friends regarding buying a car. I wouldn't hesitate going back to Alex again in the future if the time came to change the car but atm i am very happy with my recent car purchase from Crown.
I bought my used Honda Jazz here a few days ago & can't fault the service. In particular Alex, who went above & beyond to assist me after I'd missed out on a similar model. Alex sent me photos & information on the car prior to my viewing & ensured a few minor inperfections were sorted & it was serviced before collection. So far so good. I couldn't be happier & would highly recommend giving Crown automotive a call should you be in need of a good quality low mileage car with service history! A big thank you from me!
Alex is absolutely fantastic. I’ve bought many cars from many dealers over the years, without doubt Alex is one of the most professional and helpful salespeople ever. I had a minor issue after I bought the car one that Alex wouldn’t have known about and he literally had it repaired next day. If you are looking for a car you simply must go to Crown and Alex first

Purchased an 08 Honda Jazz here today and the customer service was simply excellent in every way! This was my first ever car purchase and I was dreading the experience and worrying about dodgy dealers and salesmen, but I was very quickly put at ease. I was allowed to take my time, slowly inspect the insides and out of the car, and was also even assisted during the test drive and given some driving tips and advice on how to manage the gear shifts being a new driver; this was invaluable and really help put me at ease. Once the purchase was made I was given further assistance in sorting out the insurance and road tax documents. The service was exemplary and the car in great condition despite its age and mileage. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone, whether you're first time buyer or experienced driver. Even if I move, I would make the effort of travelling long distance just to buy from this dealer again. Thanks for the support!
I bought a Honda Jazz from Alex a few weeks ago. I’m really pleased with the car and the service I received. A small fault occurred and they couldn’t have been more helpful, thoroughly recommend this garage.
Alex and Kevin have been great from day one.. Very kind, truthful and understanding They did not only sell me my car but also helped me out when my brake pad had worn out, even after the warrenty they'd given had expired. Just brought an 09 jimny from crown automotive and all I can say is Alex has gone above and beyond to help me. The service has been amazing and I can't recommend his garage anymore highly. Wohld definitely by from again
Just bought a cracking toyota from these guys and I couldn't be happier .I usually don't like buying a new car but Alex that dealt with me made it easy with no pressure to buy but lots of advice I can recommend crown automotive 100%
