I have been working as a part time Interpreter for this Company from Nov 2011, it has been a pleasure to work with such a nice team , All permanent staff are very helpful and welcoming, Mark is a true gentleman, down to earth with every one , Sam / Jane whom I been working with are top stars in the immigration department , they have been really helpful to clients and they do put hard word to each case . Anna in the property department she is truly the expert in the field . am sure others in the company doing best with their work. Receptionists Amanda and Joe are very well experienced and they are helpful with clients , its not an easy job, as they deal with some clients who don't speak English and if interpreter available then they cant help it . I love the new face lift of the company.

I rang this office to book an appointment and came through a receptionist who was slightly not in tact with a customer service. Female receptionist told me that there is a charge of 120 pounds for initial interview? How is that justified ? How do I know whether I a m seeing somebody who knows what she /he is doing or will it be waste of my time? Where is the guarantee that person is knowledgeable and experienced enough, as well as I am happy with attitude of that person on day I meet the adviser? Well, very first impression was bad at all, which makes me think this office is more focused on ripping off people rather than establishing new business, making good and friendly relationship with potential clients. Or shall I just blame not polite woman on the phone who was more concerned on ditching the caller on Friday afternoon?

In 2016 I was falsely accused of very serious crimes that could have resulted in a lengthy jail sentence. Mark Crowley, and his assistants, Samantha Day, Alexander Coxhead and Jonathan Webb did a superb job of fighting my corner, and succeeded in getting the trial called off before it went to court. Their professionalism throughout, as well as their warmth and kindness to me made an intolerable experience tolerable. I shall forever be in their debt SG

I have dealt with many solicitors over the years, without doubt dealing with Mark Crowley & Anna Stewart over a family matter was very well and professionally handled from beginning to end. Unusually, in my experience of the legal profession, they kept me fully informed of all progress. Many Thanks.
