I would highly recommend George and his team. From the moment I contacted this company and throughout the whole process the customer care was brilliant! Carol in the office was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the passion for the service they deliver that George, Steve and the team demonstrated was evident from the start. Steve did a fantastic job restoring a pine Parquet flooring in the lounge of our small period cottage which was in a bad state when discovered hidden under a carpet. Despite some unforeseen challenges along the way caused by a high moisture content in the original floor which extended the job for a few days, the team persevered and did not charge us for the extra days work. When the job was complete we noticed a few specs of dirt that had set in the lacquer whilst it was drying. The team came back and re-sanded and varnished the floor with no hesitation until we were completely satisfied. We were chuffed to bits with the end result which I didn’t think we would achieve considering the state of the original floor. When I was researching companies to do this work many wouldn’t touch my floor because it was too small a job. But George and his team showed the same level of care and attention to my floor as they would any other larger commercial space. I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again!

Excellent communication and service from George and his team. He clearly had a passion for what he does and so helpful. I highly recommend this firm for upholstery and carpet cleans. I will be using them again for sure! Amelia

George carried out an amazing transformation of our living room floor, the finished result far exceeded our expectations! George was very knowledgeable and courteous, and gave us a full rundown as to how he was going to transform our floor.  He answered all our questions and concerns and we were left incredibly impressed just from his first visit.  The final result was exceptional, it was clear that George and the company take great pride in their work, and we couldn’t be happier.  We look forward to working with George and his team again in the near future.  Im glad we decided against doing the work ourselves.  So glad we chose Sussex Floor Care!!
