What can I say! I was put in contact with this company when the agency I letted my house from wouldn’t return my unprotected damage deposit.

Could not recommend this solicitors enough. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us with an urgent issue that nearly prevented us from going on holiday shortly after Christmas. 
Not only did Paul wait out of hours for us, but he also ensured that we got everything we needed in order to be able to catch our flight the following day. He was a true professional and I would personally recommend his services to anyone needing the support and advice of a solicitor. Excellent service, thanks Paul!

Paul gave me the most helpfull advice I could find, ( bearing in mind I had spoken to three other solicitors, all telling me they could guarantee me a winning defence for unbelievable amount of money) The advice was free over the phone and I was given clear and correct information that helped me unravel the situation I was in. Because basically the truth was I was not going to get off and spending money on a defence would be a waist of time and money. Just having an honest person on the end of the phone made the world of difference to my Mental state and my bank balance. Finally completed on a property purchase with no chain after four months of dealing with this company.

We understand that solicitors have to rely on third parties (including other solicitors) for the conveyancing to take place but as first time buyers this company left my wife and I well and truly in the dark throughout most of the process except when they required payment. Their below par customer service was also impeded by various employees telling us incorrect information and apparently not receiving/misplacing our documentation (without contacting us about it for the first month of our business dealings).

All this was discussed with Mr D'Ambrogio in a lengthy telephone conversation about half way through our dealings and promises were made to improve but these were seemingly unfulfilled.

The final straw for my Wife and I was in our final week before completion. Even though we transferred the funds in good time and expected an exchange a few days before completing this was not to be due to an error in communication (which may have been the fault of a third party as mentioned previously). It still did not prevent PDA's lack of communication to us, their paying client, as we still had to chase them even to the point of sitting outside the estate agent waiting (and hoping) to receive our keys.  We exchanged, completed and received the keys in the space of 1 minute, not the way we expected it to go.

In summary we feel that this company are very slow at conveyancing and their lack of organisation and communication, in particular with first time buyers is appalling and we will not be using their services or recommending them to anybody any time soon.
