Very unwelcoming, went to donate two big bags of local school uniforms and coats etc advised by local advertising wanting them. Upon arrival I was greeted by two laddies30+ one blonde, one dark coloured hair and told they were closed. I mentioned that on your opening/closing times it says 5pm, plus had school clothing that might be needed. I was looked through and tutted at, then told we close at 4pm with a sigh, I then advised them that I would only be 6 minutes late then even with the new times that I wasn't aware of. There words you will have to come back Saturday morning 3 days later, then looked away.. Discusting

Exceptionally Poor..and words I wouldn't even publish here. Not even worthy of any star.  The flats are filthy mouldy and damp and not maintained properly come and have a look yourself. Been lied to and treated same as many others here.. totally disgusted with Crosby Housing Association.. Appalling

You leave people living in damp property you need too urgently upgrade the houses you rent too decent tenants living in your property so called? Wake up

Staff there are brilliant very helpful and polite.
