the worst fish and chips I have ever had. It was drenched in oil, so clearly sitting for a while and then stuck back in the oil to reheat. Was absolutely gutted, what a waste of money. Would have gone back, but they had already closed. Couldn't even eat it, so bad it ended up in the bin.

Great fish and chips and potato scallops. It's in a pedestrian zone so ignore Google maps telling you it's possible to drive up outside, use the Sainsburys car park behind and walk through the covered ginnel.

This is the best chip shop in the area by far. Fish is cooked when ordered rather than being cooked and stored. You can request lightly battered. The fish is also very well cooked. They offer gluten free on Monday and Tuesday and sometimes beer battered. The chips are equally delicious. I highly recommend it.

I wanted to like it here but it wasn't the best. I got the cod fish and chips and the fish came out a bit oily. When we asked them to refill the ketchup bottle it took them almost 10 minutes even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Still, they were kind and seemed like they cared about us being there. Chips were good, but being here didn't feel like anything special. Might go back if I'm nearby.

Not quite the traditional chip shop we were expecting, but good none the less. Freshly fried fish, good curry sauce and mugs of tea. Worth a try.

Each to we go to Crosby beach we come here at the end of the day for our chippy tea. It's not often we come as we  live in Manchester but to be honest it's the best chippy in the area. Very friendly staff. The food is really tasty, lots of flavour, good prices, and they are very good with allergens. They do gluten free days too and when we went last, was told Thier batter is dairy free so big thumbs up if you struggle for places to eat with gluten or dairy tolerance/allergy

Definitely recommend going here only disappointing was run out mushy peas also never gave us any utensils

New to the area so tried this place for the first time. Best fish and chips we've had in the area! Great service, not much of a wait, well priced and tasted great. Will defo be back

Great fish and chip shop with the usual cod, haddock etc but also some slightly more unusual dishes like salt and pepper squid.  All really good quality, not greasy, freshly made and decent portions.   Pleasant staff and the girl on the till is very efficient but talks at the rate of knots so you have to listen  carefully!
