Just received my blind which is much better than expected really high quality and solid not flimsy like many other blinds. Was able to pick exactly the colour which i wanted which was a farrow and ball colour, very easy to put up and looks brilliant. Customer service was excellent keeping me updated at every stage really recommend this company.
We have been buying blinds from Crosby over a 10 year period and have always been so well looked after. And we love the blinds, of course! We usually buy Perfect Fit for regular windows and will never go back to any other sort. More recently we got 2 very large, automated, blinds for garden doors. I was nervous about getting everything just right and was helped at every step by the Support team. Again we are extremely pleased with the product. Very happy to recommend Crosby.
We have recently purchased a block out blind and a magic blind from Crosby blinds. Not only are the blinds brilliant and a good fit but the service has also been brilliant. A special thanks to Jenny who was both friendly and helpful in dealing with the courier issue DPD who had damaged the box which left a slight dent on the side rail. I would definitely recommend Crosby blinds and should I need more blinds we will be a returning customer.
We recently bought 2 Intu blinds for our patio doors from Crosby Blinds. The blinds themselves are really high quality and the team at CB were really helpful throughout the whole process. Samples arrived in the post very quickly, information on how to measure for the blinds was very clear, and the CB team were great at sharing their expertise and advice over a few questions we had about the product. They also quoted the best price of all the companies we approached. The blinds were delivered to us within 4 days which was much quicker than I was expecting. The Intu blinds were so easy to fit using the enclosed instructions, and I also watched a couple of YouTube videos to make sure I was getting it right I have never tried to fit any blinds before!. The YouTube videos were very helpful. The blinds look amazing in situ and so many people have commented how lovely they are. I cannot recommend CB highly enough. First class service. We received friendly expert advice both at the buying stage and also when fitting our "Top Down / Bottom Up" blinds. We experienced an issue with one blind which wasn't identifiable prior to fitting and we were delighted with Jen & Howards professional response. A pleasurable experience from start to finish. A rarity these days. Don't hesitate.
I have used Crosby blinds for 7 Top Up Bottom Down Blinds for some huge windows on a church project and their technical support has been excellent. The blinds are unobtrusive and finish off our project perfectly. I am currently preparing my next order for another client and expect to keep using Crosby blinds! Thanks Andrew and Team.
