Hampshire’s best kept secret! An absolutely wonderful team of caring doctors and nurses who have always been so kind and personable when I’ve needed to interact with them which has been frequently since having my first baby. Even though I’ve needed to lean on them a lot recently, I’ve never felt like a burden or nuisance and have always had a quick follow up to my enquiries. I think they’re brilliant & if anyone tells you otherwise, try any other doctors in the Fleet area and you’ll be almost running back with your cap in hand!
I have never been spoken to so rudely not only by receptionists but by anyone ! I only went in to pick up a Perscription and I was spoken to in an extremely angry manner by 2 staff while a 3rd sat shaking her head ! Not what you expect from your local doctors surgery. I then received a letter that tried to put the blame on me.Unbelievable ! I’m not the only one who has had bad experiences here .. don’t take my word for it ask around
Great Doctor at surgery can not fault them. Shame that the receptionist let the surgery down. Receptionist just tells you to go to AnE. Rude and abrupt and no common sense in the fact that people are ill and are not there for an argument! She seemed to be looking for one. My daughter cried after the encounter with receptionist. Likes to tell people to got to AnE. 111 were shocked that the receptionist advised this! Terrible
Such a shame as the doctors and nurses were mostly very good but as it turned out the administrative staff not that wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for the nurses and doctor. The practice manageress highlighted the best way for me to register given my unusual circumstances after returning to the U.K. from living overseas. Unfortunately the admin staff didn’t register me as the manager had suggested which meant all my information was lost and couldn’t be retrieved when registering at a new practice.when I moved house. The nurse who did my health check registration was excellent although the information was lost as I wasn’t registered correctly.
Fantastic service from the surgery yesterday - appointment for nurse given on same day, didn't have to wait before being seen, second opinion given by doctor, another course of antibiotics prescribed and available to collect straight away, new dressing applied and I was given extra, review appointment booked for next week. Oh and I was given the go ahead to start running again, Couldn't fault the staff or the service - friendly, efficient and just what I needed, Thank you.
I have only just moved to this practice and the service I have received has been very good. I am so happy to find a practice that from the administration team through to the drs have been efficient and professional.
This practice is wonderful and so very supportive. Dr Sweeny and his team should be so proud and I can't thank them enough with family, child, mental health specialist health and general health care that they have provided or given personally! I call, they are there as best they can. Very caring and kind too. So thank you to all of you. Thank you NHS.
Best GP surgery BY FAR! They can never do enough to help in any way they can. Receptionists are beyond helpful and kind. Doctors and nurses are wonderful too. Really lovely atmosphere. It's a shame I had to change due to a move and was out of the catchment area. Would do anything to be back with Crondall new surgery. Don't understand the negative reviews whatsoever, load of rubbish.
Shame about abrupt receptionist. Very upsetting when you have a sick child. Let's the rest off the team down.
Even though the surgery has almost no patients in. 2 to 3 people in there the most the doctors and nurses still fail to make the appointment happen on time. I waited 10 minutes, but there was a gent waiting for over 20 minutes. Ridiculous. If its was busy, its would have been understandable, but its empty. No excuses. In the middle of all if this, its the receptionists that have to put up with our anger towards the doctors and nurses. Its not fair. These people need to do their job and stop being lazy.
