The worse practice I’ve ever known monthly prescriptions that are lifesaver  especially if your a diabetic that insulin controlled unavailable, we don’t stop there, medication given that has been given for many years stopped in a blink without consultation! I could go on this used to be the best practice ever now it’s disgraceful! One other thing you spend two hours in the queue to speak to someone and no appointments! The list goes on

I have rated before quite low due to trying to obtain a appointment.but today I was able to get to see a Dr who was very thorough and very kind.my appointment was not rushed a very positive experience

Very inviting and welcoming atmosphere at the reception and in doctor's office. I didn't have any problems with booking appointment or blood test. Everyone in great mood what made me feel relaxed :

Useless practice! Receptionists are so rude. Can never get an appointment.

Everyone is lovely and I'm really looked after by the practice.
